Driver History:
“Kalifornia” Katie Sullivan is the definition of extreme. In only two years of riding a 180 mile per hour motorcycle, 18-year old recent high school graduate from Northern Calif. has become a media darling and fan favorite in NHRA Drag Racing.
Katie has many interests, but her greatest passion is for drag racing. Since she was born, Sullivan has been at the track. She watched her father Charlie race different drag bikes and at one point he was even racing a funny car. Her dad eventually put his own racing aside to help her sibling’s race junior dragsters. When she turned nine it was her time to hit the track. And she became an instant success.

Sullivan won a track championship in the Junior Dragster ranks however the two wheeled monsters were her passion. At the tender age of 16, her father bought an 1100 Kawasaki for her to race. She took to riding like a duck to water. In two short years in bracket racing, Sullivan has been to five final rounds. In January 2009, she attended Frank Hawley’s school of drag racing where under the instruction of legendary Pro Stock Motorcycle tuner, George Bryce, Sullivan became the youngest female to license in any NHRA Professional category.
At her debut race, the NHRA United Association Route 66 NHRA Nationals on June 4-7, 2009, Sullivan became the goal of being the youngest female to qualify and win a round of competition in NHRA Professional Drag Racing. Since that day, Sullivan has been seeking to run on the NHRA Pro Stock Motorcycle division on a full time basis.

Away from the track, Sullivan is a college freshman at California State University in Chico, Calif. If you are looking for a charismatic, energetic and passionate lady to represent your company, Katie Sullivan is your woman!
